The Wonders of Harav Yitzchack Kadouri
121 to go to her old home and dig up the earthenware container which lay buried exactly seven meters from the entrance. Then she was to take the container with the skeleton of the dead bird and grind it up and throw the dirt into the sea. Subsequently, the woman did exactly as the Rav told her to. She found the container, and disposed of it as instructed. Within a month, the nurse reported that she had become pre- gnant. The Rav was honored to be the Sandek by the circum- cision. After ¿fteen years, she ¿nally merited having children, and was later blessed with another two. From here we can derive the greatness of the Rav. In the merit of the Rav, may G-d accept our prayers, and may we merit the coming of the Messiah, Amen. Who could it be? Another story, one which was publicized in the newspapers, is brought here to strengthen our convic- tions and urge us to serve G-d the way we should. The report shocked and saddened the entire nation, and its tragedy became a major topic of conversation. The dream repeated itself again and again…
