The Wonders of Harav Yitzchack Kadouri

tomb of the Rav; men, women, children, young and old alike. They tell me what they saw with their own eyes, wondrous stories which took place when our master was still alive. Even today, many have found salvation in the merit of the Rav. This brings to mind the statement of our Sages, “Even after death, tzaddikim are still considered alive.” 3HRSOH FRPH WR WKH WRPE DQG SRXU RXW WKHLU KHDUWV LQ SUD\HU 6RPHWLPH ODWHU WKH\ ¿QG WKHLU SUD\HUV answered, each person according to his predicament and need. They don’t forget to come back and thank the Rav for the wondrous deliverance that they witnessed with their own eyes. Some even prepare a festive meal to publicize their miracle and thank G-d. Others call their newborn child, “Yitzchak,” after the Rav. Dear brothers and sisters, I have one request. Please read this book slowly, paying attention to the words. If you do so, you will feel just as I did when I wrote this book. You will recognize the tremen- dous void that was created with this great tzaddik’s passing, and you will be inspired to walk in his righteous ways. The Admor from Rizhin once remarked, “The stories of great tzaddikim are akin to the esoteric tea- chings of Kabbalah.” Similarly, the Meiri writes (Yoma 38b): “It is a mitzvah to write about the deeds of tzaddikim and sing their praises. This motivates the readers to follow in their footsteps and do as they did.” This should motivate us to read up on the life of this tzaddik, as my pen cannot adequately describe here the heights of greatness and levels of holiness which he achieved. , ZLVK WR WKDQN DOO WKRVH ZKR KHOSHG PH DQG SURYLGHG ¿QDQFLDO VXSSRUW 0D\ * G UHZDUG WKHP DQG bless them with children, life, and abundant livelihood. I also thank my dear son Uriel Yisrael and my daughter Adi for their encouragement and support throughout the writing of this book. May they merit building their own home, perform only good deeds, have long life, and succeed in all that they undertake. May the blessing of Rav rest upon them, Amen.
